19. Joe Duffy Recruitment 101

Happy Friday everyone! (That's a typical phrase everyone says on friday like TGIF) On my last working day in week seven I actually learned something new: Joe Duffy is a network of different branches and places. Therefore they communicate with mobile phone and Mail. But if some branches need new employees, they use "pre-recruitment forms". These are documents, which categorise the new vacancies. On this document the departments have to sign. After signing of the branch director, the HR, and the management level, they can search for a new employee. If any person is found, they create a "pre-employment forms". These documents repeat the informations of the pre-recruitment forms and add the info data about the new one. This document has to be signed again from everyone including the new employee. Caution: This is still no employment agreement. The employment agreement is an extra document.
