Okay Guys, it is Scanning time again. Strandum (The HR Data System) has to be feeded with a lot more Informations. This time my task is scanning, renaming and uploading the Appraisals of all Employees in the last two Years. This makes about 600 Appraisals. Every Data has to be saved individually and afterwards I have to upload every single Data to the right profile. The main thing which drives me crazy: JD wants to minimize Paperwork, but because of wrong stacked Datas, I had to print about 1000 Pages, just to Split them right, and scan them, Afterwards I could shred them all. This makes a loss of about 12 kg wood and 250 litres Water. Just because the managers were too lazy to scan every appraisal individually. Nice.
